Every product below is a pressure-retaining or movement-absorbing component that goes into a live line. We publish the engineering that governs it — size envelope, pressure basis, temperature limit, movement capability and the standard it is built to — because that is what a specifying engineer needs before a purchase order can be raised.
The three families
Almost every problem these three solve falls into one of three buckets: contain a pressurised medium while moving, absorb thermal growth in a rigid pipe run, or carry hot and abrasive material where nothing rigid will survive. Each bucket has its own product family, and choosing across families is the single most consequential decision in a specification.
SS Braided Corrugated Hose
Annular corrugated stainless tube with wire braid over it. Pressure-tight, flexible and the workhorse of the range.
SS Interlock (Strip-Wound) Hose
Helically wound profiled strip, mechanically interlocked. Not pressure-tight — built for heat, abrasion and mechanical protection.
Bellows & Expansion Joints
Formed multi-ply bellows with the hardware that decides which movements it takes and where the pressure thrust goes.
Choosing between corrugated and interlock
These two look similar in a photograph and behave nothing alike. A corrugated hose is a continuous membrane whose flexibility is elastic — the corrugation flanks stretch on the outside of a bend and compress on the inside. An interlock hose is a mechanical seam whose flexibility is kinematic — adjacent coils slide against each other. That difference decides everything downstream.
